🏪 Vendor Guide - How to Work
Step 1: Register & Login
1. Open login page (apnabachat.com)
2. Click on "Vendor Register" tab
3. Fill shop name, owner name, WhatsApp number, address
4. Click on "Get OTP to Register"
5. Enter the OTP received on WhatsApp
6. Account will be created + ₹100 welcome bonus will be added!
Step 2: Cashback Slabs Setup (Most Important!)
1. Click on "Settings" in dashboard
2. In "Add New Slab" section:
- Min Amount: 0
- Max Amount: 100
- Cashback %: 5
3. Click on "Add Slab"
4. Create more slabs like this:
- ₹100-200 = 7%
- ₹200-500 = 10%
- ₹500+ = 12%
⚠️ Important: Cannot create orders without slabs! Setting up slabs first is mandatory.
Step 3: Create New Order
1. Click on "Add Order" in dashboard
2. Enter customer's WhatsApp number
3. Enter order amount (₹1 to ₹1,00,000)
4. Click on "Get Customer Details"
5. Customer found?
- Yes → Check order summary and click "Confirm Order"
- No → Register customer (with OTP)
6. Order will be created + customer will get cashback
Step 4: View Customers
1. Open "My Customers" page
2. List of all customers will be displayed
3. View customer's total cashback, pending, redeemed
4. View last order date
Step 5: Order History
1. Open "Order History" page
2. List of all orders will be displayed
3. Search by order number or customer
4. Filter by status (Completed/Pending/Cancelled)
5. Download data using "Export CSV"
Step 6: Wallet & Recharge
1. Open "Wallet" page
2. View current balance
3. Enter amount for recharge
4. Click on "Pay with Razorpay"
5. Make payment via UPI / Card / NetBanking
6. Amount will be added to wallet after successful payment
Step 7: View Reports
1. Open "Reports" page
2. View total sales, orders, avg order value
3. View monthly performance
4. View top customers
👤 Customer Guide - How to Work
Step 1: Register & Login
1. Can create account through vendor/agent
2. Or login from "Login" tab on login page
3. Enter WhatsApp number
4. Verify OTP
5. Will be logged into account
Step 2: Earn Cashback
1. Shop from any registered vendor
2. Vendor will create your order
3. You will get cashback (according to vendor's slabs)
4. WhatsApp notification will come: "🎉 Cashback Earned!"
5. Cashback will be added to your wallet
Step 3: Check Wallet
1. After login, open "My Wallet" page
2. Total Cashback - Lifetime earnings
3. Pending - Available to use
4. Redeemed - Total redeemed
5. Vendor-wise breakdown
Step 4: Use Cashback (Wallet Deduction)
1. Next time you purchase, pending balance will be automatically used
2. Example: ₹500 order, ₹200 pending in wallet
3. You only need to pay ₹300
4. Remaining ₹200 will be deducted from wallet
Step 5: Transaction History
1. Open "Transaction History" page
2. View all earned cashback
3. View all redeemed transactions
4. Search and filter
🤝 Agent Guide - How to Work
Step 1: Register & Login
1. Agent registration is currently by invitation only
2. Contact admin to create account
3. Login from login page
Step 2: Refer Vendor
1. Open "Add Vendor" page
2. Fill shop name, owner name, phone
3. Click on "Send OTP"
4. Verify vendor's OTP
5. Vendor will be registered
6. You will get commission on all their orders
Step 3: Refer Customer
1. Open "Add Customer" page
2. Fill customer's name, phone
3. Click on "Send OTP"
4. Verify customer's OTP
5. Customer will be registered
6. You will get commission on all their purchases
Step 4: Check Commission
1. View pending/paid commission on dashboard
2. View all records on "Commissions" page
3. See which orders gave you commission
Step 5: Withdrawal
1. Open "Withdraw" page
2. View available balance
3. Enter amount
4. Enter UPI ID
5. Click on "Request Withdrawal"
6. Payment will be received after admin approval
